These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to applicable law, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Website shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation with our Grievance Officer (Section 20), and if unresolved, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Palakkad ,India India.

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
