Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days. Handcrafted or made-to-order products may require additional processing time.
2. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship across India. International shipping may be introduced for selected countries in the future.
3. Delivery Timeline
Metro: 2–5 business days. Tier II & III: 4–8 business days. Remote areas: 5–10 business days. Timelines are estimates only.
4. Shipping Charges
Applicable shipping charges are displayed during checkout. Promotional free shipping may be offered from time to time.
5. Order Tracking
Tracking details will be shared by email or SMS after dispatch.
6. Delivery Attempts
Courier partners will make reasonable delivery attempts. Incorrect addresses or unavailable recipients may result in return shipments and re-dispatch charges.
7. Address Changes
Address changes are possible only before dispatch and cannot be guaranteed after shipment.
8. Damaged Shipments
Please record an unboxing video and contact support within 48 hours if the package arrives damaged.
9. Delays
Delivery delays caused by weather, holidays, transport disruptions or other events beyond our control are not our liability.
10. Lost Shipments
If confirmed lost by the courier, we will arrange a replacement (subject to availability) or provide a refund as per our refund policy.
11. International Orders
Import duties, customs charges and local taxes are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
