safely and on time. We ship our products across India and to selected international destinations.
1. Domestic Shipping – India
Cultales Private Limited ships orders to addresses across India.
Orders are generally processed and handed over to our shipping partner within 3 business
days from the date of order confirmation.
The actual delivery time may vary depending on the delivery location, courier service, product
availability, and other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
2. International Shipping
Cultales Private Limited offers international shipping to selected countries and regions.

3. Order Processing & Dispatch
All confirmed orders are generally processed and dispatched within 3 business days from the
date of order confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive shipping and tracking details, wherever
tracking is available.
Certain handcrafted, customised, or made-to-order products may require additional processing
time. If additional time is required, this will be communicated to the customer.

Domestic orders are generally delivered within approximately 3–10 business days after
dispatch, depending on the destination.
International
International orders are generally delivered within approximately 7–20 business days after
dispatch.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, courier service, customs
clearance, local postal services, public holidays, and other circumstances beyond our control.
All delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
5. Shipping Charges
Applicable shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on factors

days. However, delivery may occasionally be delayed due to circumstances beyond our
reasonable control, including:

If an order is returned to Cultales Private Limited because of an incorrect address, unsuccessful
delivery attempts, or failure to receive the shipment, additional shipping charges may apply for
re-delivery.
9. Damaged Packages
Cultales Private Limited takes reasonable care to ensure that products are securely packaged
before dispatch.
If your package appears visibly damaged at the time of delivery, we recommend that you:
1. Take photographs or videos of the package before opening it.
2. Document the condition of the outer packaging and product after opening.
3. Contact Cultales Private Limited as soon as possible with your order number and
supporting photographs or videos.
This information will help us investigate the issue with the relevant shipping partner and
determine the appropriate resolution.
10. Lost or Missing Shipments
If your order appears to be lost or has not been delivered within the expected delivery period,

We will coordinate with the relevant shipping partner to investigate the shipment and provide an
appropriate update.
For international shipments, investigations may take additional time due to courier, customs,
and destination-country procedures.
